We want you to be able to get the answers you need. For this, we recommend some tips whenever you post, in addition to the community guidelines
Writing your question
- Please be descriptive of the issue at hand. - What are you trying to do? What have you done so far? What endpoints are you trying to hit? What responses are you receiving?
- Please give code samples. - You can use the Preformatted text button as we support syntax highlighting.
- Again, before posting, always good to check if someone on this page has posted an issue similar if not identical to your issue. Similarly, the FAQ page and the API Documentation may also have the answers you need.
Don’t forget to mark your solution solved when done!
If someone in the thread gave a to your solution, don’t forget to click “Mark as Solved”. This will mark that comment as the solution, and allows users to find out what worked for you in the end.
Vote for the best answer
One thing we really wanted to make sure of is that we want the BEST answers on the top for easy access. If you see a comment in a thread that you know is the correct answer, hit the vote button on the upper left of the page!
